Home-Based Concierge
Assisting and responding to user requests for information via phone and email. The concierge will obtain the necessary
information through a variety of resources (internet, team member or personal experience, etc.) and communicate responses
to our client’s customers in a prompt and concise manner. Standard operating hours for full-time and part-time team
members are currently Monday through Sunday 7:00am-12:00am Eastern Standard Time. Full-time concierges will be required to
work 40 hours weekly, currently broken into 8.5-hour shifts. Part-time concierges will be required to work a minimum of 16
hours per week, currently broken into shifts between 3 and 8.5 hours in length, not to exceed 30 hours weekly.Weekend and
holiday work is required. Fluency in English is required. Payment are $14/hour or more.
Custome Representative
CyberCorps accept and service inbound customer service / sales calls from Willow Clients, from home, using a computer,
a telephone line and a broadband access connection. CyberCorps have the opportunity to service as little as one client or
as many as the CyberCorp is able to reasonably service without sacrificing quality. For each client a CyberCorp wishes to
service, they must be trained. Training usually takes between one and four weeks, three and five hours a day, depending
upon the application selected. After you begin servicing a Willow client, you have the potential to earn an average of $10
to $14 per hour from home.
Call Center Agent
Working from home on an on-call basis. They will get a schedule of your available hours and when our call volume
rises during your available hours, they'll contact you to take calls from your home. This is the position for someone
who is around his or her home on a regular basis and is looking to make a little extra money in their spare time. Payment
are $7.25 to $9.00 per hour.
At-Home Agents
Serves customers by taking telephone and e-mail orders; providing accurate information and answering questions on related
products and services. Home based agent is a team player with a great attitude and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced
environment.
Sales Representatives
As a sales representative for SCM, your primary responsibility is to target new business opportunity and increase our
client and consumer base.
